Return Shipping
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping where required.
If a return is approved for any other reason in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, the customer may be responsible for return postage unless otherwise agreed.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Formerly known as Boho Wicks Membership — Moss & Raven membership orders are also non-refundable. Candles are individually handmade and may differ slightly from product photos. These variations are part of their unique charm.
